Work with me!

I love invitations to co-teach, present my ideas or run workshops.

Topics that I currently offer include:

  • Queer and gender inclusive approaches to the menstrual cycle
  • Embodied resistance: working with the menstrual cycle as a tool for self and collective care
  • (Re)composition: working with cycles for change and letting-go.
  • Critical approaches to self-care and resilience building
  • Webs of Care: the art of giving and receiving help

My background in group work includes over 10 years of experience facilitating spaces where folks can come together to learn and inquire. Applying queer, intersectional and animist lenses, many of my workshops explore the places that people often fear passing through.

Poor mental health, menstruation, peri/menopause, death and grief are all terrains that I investigate. My style is gentle, inquisitive and playfulI love to facilitate spaces where we can bring curiosity to  issues, challenge unquestioned systems, pose tricky questions and unravel from harmful norms and narratives.

I’ve delivered training in resilience building and mental health promotion to hundreds of professionals including teachers, social workers and therapists; led workshops in various locations including the creative chaos of UK festivals; facilitated youth-centred participatory action research on a variety of issues and held intimate group spaces that foster listening and curiosity, ritual and reflection.

From time to time I’ll also be hosting workshops and training. Sign up to my newsletter to find out when these are happening.

If you’ve got an idea for how we might work together, please get in touch!

“There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about.”

– Margaret J. Wheatley

I wanted to thank you for the workshop that you did in the Aligned Community. And wow: I loved it. I really appreciated how you developed knowledge about menstrual cycle awareness and how you gave a critical perspective on things happening in the MCA-space and how it’s being used.

Lottie has worked with us at the Red Sea Travel Agency for three years now and their workshops are always such a joy. They bring authenticity and warmth and instantly put you at ease – we would definitely recommend them!

Working with Lottie was nothing short of fantastic. They were gloriously prepared and delivered a powerful workshop, but BEYOND THAT, they are just so damn fun to partner with. With their charisma and deep well of information, Lottie charmed us and taught us about our cycles in ways that we had never, ever learned about them before. I couldn’t recommend their work more.

When Lottie’s guest teaching spot went live in my training, the entire group was blown away. Gender inclusivity can feel like an uncomfortable conversation to have, but Lottie’s energy and wisdom instantly put my trainees (and myself) at ease. It was an informative, interesting and well-paced session that has had a huge impact on my school. From our initial chat to the session follow-up of resources, working with Lottie was easy and fun. They remain a valued voice in my own continued learnings on expanding the realm of Menstruality and I cannot recommend their work more heartily.
